Health Education England (West Midlands) Associate Postgraduate Dean
Health Education England (West Midlands) is looking to appoint either one or two Associate Deans. 4 PAs are available for this/these posts through a secondment agreement and a contribution of £12k per PA will be made by HEE to employers.
Applicants will be established consultants or general practitioners within the West Midlands and are normally expected to continue in a reduced but maintained clinical role. This will usually involve direct patient contact but wider roles might occur. The Associate Dean(s) will be responsible to roles across the range of the portfolio which could include supporting the delivery of the HEE Quality Framework, supporting Trusts to deliver the education & training agenda during reconfiguration and the delivery of the wider workforce transformation agenda including Local Workforce Action Boards (LWAB). An annual appraisal against the role will be carried out supporting a whole practice appraisal where applicable.
Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in panel format on a date to be advised.
