The Postgraduate Medical and Dental teams within HEE recruit, plan training programmes, assess and support doctors in training. The teams consist of approximately 150 staff across Midlands and East.
Working within the Information Management team the post holder will have a varied role within with an opportunity to learn about junior doctors rotations and associated functions. The information Management team are part of the PMDE programmes team and are responsible for ensuring that the trainee database is managed across the region, they are also responsible for reporting function for the 3 local offices across Midlands and East and for electronic solutions for operational requirements
The team work closely with a variety of team members and stakeholders across Midlands and East including Heads of School,
Training Programme Directors, Trusts, team members across the region and the Trainee Information System team to name a few.
The job description offers greater detail about the role, but essentially we are seeking a person who has good communication, knowledge of data entry and information technology and who wants to learn new skills and grow within a friendly and supportive team.
This post will be subject to a ‘pooled’ recruitment exercise. The pools that exist are as follows:
