Health Education England's Recruitment Team works with NHS organisations, Department of Health, Royal Colleges and academic institutions, to develop a health care workforce appropriate for the twenty-first century. There are in excess of 3050 doctors and dentists training in the East of England region every year. The quality of medical and dental care in hospitals and general practices depends on the quality of their postgraduate education and training. HEE is responsible for that training and for ensuring the improved health and quality of patient care by the supply of well educated, trained and motivated doctors and dentists.

A fulltime, permanent National Recruitment Administrator Assistant required to support in the provision of a robust, efficient and effective recruitment service for HEE in respect of trainees, in accordance with employment legislation, National Recruitment and Selection Policy and NHS Guidelines. To support the administrative team in undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks and efficiently and effectively using office systems and processes to meet local and national deadlines within a busy working environment. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages is required, together with experience of using databases and spreadsheet.

You should be able to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be able to prioritise and plan your own work.
