The Postgraduate Medical and Dental teams within HEE recruit, plan training programmes, assess and support doctors in training. The teams consist of approximately 150 staff across Midlands and East.

Reporting to the Programmes Co-Ordinator and Programmes Officer in Cambridge the Programmes Administrator will have a varied role within the Programme Team in the Cambridge office.

The Programmes Administrator will work closely with a variety of team members and stakeholders across Cambridge including Heads of School, Training Programme Directors, Trusts, team members across the region and the Trainee Information System team to name a few.

The job description offers greater detail about the role, but essentially we are seeking a person who understands junior doctors rotations and associated functions such as inter deanery transfers, out of programme and less than full time applications. We are also looking for someone to input on the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of new information systems/databases as required and to support, organise and train staff in the use of these systems.
