Are you a highly organised individual capable of using your own skills and expertise to drive forward high quality standards of leadership development for all professions across NHS healthcare services in our area?
As Leadership Project Manager you will play an active part in developing our leadership operational plan. You will be responsible for the design, commissioning, management and evaluation of a variety of leadership development interventions.
Ideally with skills and experience in leadership and organisational development, change management or service improvement, with excellent influencing skills, you will need to be able to work as an effective member of the team engaging at a senior level.
