Band 6 Workforce Analyst (HEE South – Kent, Surrey and Sussex)

Health Education England (HEE) oversees the delivery of workforce development and transformation opportunities alongside supporting multi-professional education and training.  HEE supports the delivery of excellent healthcare and health improvement to the patients and public of England by working collaboratively with health and social care stakeholders to ensure the workforce of today and tomorrow has the right numbers, skills, values and behaviours, at the right time and in the right place.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and flexible Workforce Analyst, capable of using their skills and expertise to provide analytical support to enable successful delivery of regional and local initiatives.

You will be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail, a natural ability to plan ahead, be keen to apply and grow your analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

Strong interpersonal skills will be essential to support the day to day business requirements for HEE (South). The role covers a range of duties including the collection, analysis and reporting of insightful information to help our executive directors, senior managers and key stakeholders make informed business decisions, liaising with appropriate teams across HEE as required.

Relationship building will be an important element of this role and the post holder will be required to develop, implement, and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders across HEE.

We are seeking an experienced professional who is keen to make a difference, promote excellence and drive innovation.

The post holder must be able to travel to meet the requirements of the role, including limited travel across local offices within the South region footprint.

This post will be based in our Crawley office.  Interviews to be held week beginning 23 April 2018.
