HEE Midlands and East is recruiting an Associate Workforce Transformation Lead to work across Bedfordshire, Luton, Milton Keynes and Hertfordshire and West Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a 1 year development post on a secondment basis working for HEE to support the Local Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STPs) workforce agenda.
This post will primarily support the Workforce Transformation Manager leading on and supporting a variety of work streams and projects related to the STP workforce agenda providing the opportunity to develop skills and experience of a broad and exciting portfolio of work.
This is a development opportunity for candidates from an NHS or social care organisation currently working within Bedfordshire, Luton, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire or West Essex STP. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders across HEE, commissioners & providers of the STPs, Arms Length Bodies, Education Providers and other key partners on multiple projects to deliver agreed outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be resilient and capable of driving the delivery of the work programme across both STPs, work with other workforce programme leads and subject matter experts across the region and nationally.
The workforce transformation portfolio can include key areas of HEE’s mandate delivery and local programmes of work associated with Local Workforce Action Boards (LWABs). This is a great opportunity to support real change in the way services are delivered, working with an experienced team of project and workforce specialists.
