A secondment opportunity has become available in the HEE Yorkshire and the Humber Hull office. The vacancy is for a full time B6 Programme Support Coordinator, fixed term for 1 year. The current post holder is going on secondment from the 1st of April 2018.
The Programme Support Co-ordinator supports the implementation of Programme Management and development of Postgraduate Schools.
The post-holder will have line management responsibility for 3 staff in the Programme Support Team and will be involved with the School of Psychiatry, Yorkshire and Humber Foundation School and GP (East).
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational delivery of defined programmes of work/projects or teams
- Responsible for management of data, systems and processes relevant to the programme of work
- Ensure consistent, accurate and high quality information exchange and communication
- Day-to-day management of staff and budgets within a defined scope
The post-holder will work closely with clinical faculty (e.g. Deputy Postgraduate Deans, Associate Deans, Heads of Schools, Training Programme Directors), University colleagues, Business Managers, local education providers, Colleges and other external stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of consistent services within Programme Management, as aligned to HEE Standard Operating Procedures.
