The Digital Team within the NHS Leadership Academy is looking for a Band 4 Programme Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis.
The role will provide support across the full breadth of the Digital team’s activities. This support will primarily underpin the successful delivery of complex, national Digital systems, ensuring the highest levels of participant and colleague service at all times, but will include a range of other duties including but not limited to those listed in the job description and person specification. The role will have wider administration responsibilities and is likely to contribute on an ad hoc basis to the activity of other parts of the Academy.
We are looking for highly competent administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. You must also have good relationship building skills and a clear focus on delivering high levels of customer service which are flexible to client and candidate needs.
An understanding of project management methodologies, databases or recruitment is desirable, but more important is a willingness to learn about how we as a team work, and a desire to engage with our processes.
