As Public & Parliamentary Accountability (PPA) Officer, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across Health Education England (HEE) to provide high quality, timely and accurate responses to requests, be they Parliamentary Questions (PQs), Freedom of Information, Data Protection or Briefings for the Chair and Chief Executive of HEE.

Working to the PPA Manager, the post holder will case manage responses to Parliamentary Questions, debates and other parliamentary business as well as Freedom of Information Act requests (FOIA) and Data Protection (DPA) Subject Access Requests as well as overseeing the work of the PPA Support Officer.

We are looking for someone with good organisational skills, who can work well under pressure and juggle conflicting priorities to meet deadlines, often at short notice.
