We’re seeking a highly efficient Business Manager to provide a broad range of support to the Corporate Affairs Senior Team working on a diverse portfolio including Governance & Assurance, Information Governance and Estates.
Working in a fast-paced and changeable environment, you’ll undertake a huge variety of tasks on behalf of the Corporate Affairs Team. Being the interface between Senior Team and the wider network of stakeholders you’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
What do you need?
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. In addition, they must possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task a variety of demands on their time.
You must have a proven ability to prioritise your workload, dealing with multiple interruptions, whilst keeping within timescales. Excellent management and minute-taking skills are essential as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Proven experience working with a senior team would be an advantage.
