General Practice School Lead for Performance
Salary – GP Educator Pay Scale GP03
This is an exciting opportunity to take part in the development of Postgraduate General Practice and Primary Care Education throughout HEE Y&H. The postholder will work with the exisiting Locality Leads for performance, Head and Deputy Head of School and other colleagues to take oversite of the trainees in the region who have performance difficulties. The post holder will take a strategic approach to the GP schools delivery and strategy for support to trainees with performance challenges and their trainers, clinical supervisors and TPDs.
Please note: Candidates are reminded that, if you are applying on a secondment basis, you must have agreement with your current manager that if successful you will be released for the period of the secondment.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
