The Global Engagement Directorate within HEE is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Direct Recruitment Manager to support the Head of the Global Learners Programme.
The post holder will:
- Support the development and implementation of direct recruitment strategies and plans for the Global Learners Programme
- Monitor key performance targets and deadlines
- Develop and build innovative recruitment campaigns and solutions to support the programmes aims and objectives
- Utilise social media and in country advertising to attract candidates
- Develop the online Applicant Tracking System for direct recruitment campaigns
The post holder may on occasion be required to travel, including internationally.
