The Postgraduate Medical and Dental teams within HEE recruit, plan training programmes, assess and support doctors and dentists in training.
The teams consist of approximately 150 staff across Midlands and East Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Lead, the Recruitment Coordinator will have a varied role within the Recruitment Team based in the East Midlands office but will also be expected to assist at events across the wider Midlands and East region.
The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with a variety of team members and stakeholders across East Midlands including Heads of School, Training Programme Directors, Trusts, Royal Colleges and Faculties and other team members across the Midlands and East region
The job description offers greater detail about the role, but essentially we are seeking a person with innovative ideas, excellent planning and organisational skills and a keen interest in problem solving. The role requires a high level of commitment with effective time management as we work to a number of tight deadlines. Working with the team will also require a degree of flexibility contributing to cross team working when the need arises.
