The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Workforce Transformation Manager and Associate Transformation Lead by undertaking a range of support services such as providing meeting and event management including note taking, professional communication with key stakeholders, collation and management of data, management of SharePoint sites whilst working confidentially with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as supporting with other administrative duties.
The post holder must have proven administrative / project support skills and be committed to providing a quality support service, working with a high degree of professionalism and be capable of managing a very diverse workload working to tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate should have an NVQ Level 2 in a related subject or equivalent, have experience using a range of MS Office packages and have good administration skills.
The post holder must also be willing and able to travel as although based in Leicester, there will be a requirement to travel across Central Midlands health economy as part of this role.
