The HEE Quality and Commissioning Team are looking for an enthusiastic individual with NHS Management experience to join us in successfully implementing the multi-professional Quality Framework across the Midlands and the East of England. Based in the East Midlands office, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting risk assessment and management of quality across a range of provider organisations (including HEIs and placement providers). Previous experience in quality assurance and management would be an essential component of this role. Commissioning experience and/or knowledge would be preferred but not essential.

The post will require regularly working with their allocated areas The post-holder will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate at a senior level. Previous experience of working across multiple stakeholder organisations is essential. The successful applicant will need to be aware of risks to the quality of education and training within their areas of responsibility, escalating or de-escalating concerns as necessary. They will work closely with Senior Managers and the junior team members to ensure triangulation of evidence and implementation of appropriate and proportionate interventions. The post-holder will need to travel across the East Midlands on a regular basis and will be required on occasion to attend events/meetings in the West Midlands and/or East of England.
