This post will be based in London with Health Education England (HEE) and the post holder will work as part of the Information Development team to manage and coordinate the day to day operation of the Data Programme and take the lead on ensuring the effective management and planning of a range of project work and that the team’s programmes of activity and services are planned and managed effectively, assisting in their successful delivery.

The role focus will be to support the Head of Information Development in managing the team’s business support function, including developing and managing the team’s business plan, progress and reporting risk and issue management, and managing the budget for the team. The post holder will be responsible for organising meetings and events for a range of senior stakeholders, ensuring the preparation of agendas, all logistical arrangements, note/formal minute taking and producing records The post holder would be expected to lead on discrete projects, carrying out research and development plans as directed and required by senior managers in the Information Development Team

The successful candidate will be an experienced project or programme manager, with a track record of success, able to demonstrate excellent organizational, leadership and line management skills.  You will be a confident communicator, adept at building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. You will be very effective working within a team and committed to quality and continuous development.
