Location: For the MEF projects, the post holder may be required to work at any establishment across London at any time throughout the duration of his/her contract, normally this would be Stewart House, Russell Square.
Salary: Dependent upon experience

Working with the London Specialty School of Surgery you will be working across London on projects related to surgical training.
This is an enviable opportunity for a healthcare professional in London to spend time on secondment to HEE and contribute to exciting developments in postgraduate medical education in London. The successful applicant will be part of a network of Medical Fellows in London. You will be passionate about medical education and about improving the quality and safety of patient care. You are someone who wants to develop your interest in education and training.
If you are a medical trainee looking to apply, you should submit an OOPT application in conjunction with their Fellow application in anticipation of a possible appointment. Applicants in a role other than medical training should produce written agreement from their employer confirming that they will be supported during the secondment period
Recruitment is open to all those with a good understanding of how surgical training is structured and a knowledge of the current surgical workforce. Please note, for those in surgical training looking to apply, it is not expected that this post will count towards surgical training.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
