The HEE HR London Team are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Officer who will provide effective and accurate administration support for the HR team. This person will also be responsible for providing first stage support to managers on people management issues, so that appropriate solutions are applied.
The post holder will work closely with their peers and other HR teams to improve policies and procedures. They will also work closely with external providers to ensure processes are streamlined and accurate.
The role will be permanent, based in London, full time (37.5 hours a week) and is on NHS TCS 2018: Band 4.
The interview and assessment will be held on Friday 20 September 2019.
