Location: For the MEF projects, the post holder may be required to work at any establishment across London at any time throughout the duration of his/her contract, normally this would be Stewart House, Russell Square.
Salary: Dependent upon experience

- GP trainee at ST1 and above

Working with HEE south London and the Postgraduate Dean’s team, the post holders will work on a number of projects relating to medical and inter-professional education with specific emphasis on working with south London sustainability and transformation partnerships (STPs).
This is an enviable opportunity for trainees at any level of training to spend time ‘out of programme’ and contribute to exciting developments in postgraduate medical education. Two medical education fellowships are open for applications; one for a GP trainee and one for a specialty trainee. The successful applicants will be important members of the HEE south London local office. They will also become part of the south London Fellows network to share best practice and experiences.
You will be passionate about medical education and about improving the quality and safety of patient care. You are someone who wants to develop your interest in education and training & leadership.
Recruitment will be open to all levels of training, with the appointed Fellows expected to continue to work in clinical practice for a maximum of 2 sessions a week. It is not expected that this post will count towards training.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
