Associate Workforce Transformation Lead

Health Education England aims to improve the health of our population, outcomes for patients and people’s experiences of care delivery through our leadership of workforce planning and development locally. The HEE London Local Office is structured around three remits: Education and Quality, Workforce and Planning and Engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our local office team working across London to deliver Health Education England's objectives across the capital. As an associate workforce transformation lead for the local team for London you will work alongside our Head of Clinical Education Transformation and with colleagues across the country. You will play a key part in delivering the workforce strategy in London to provide the right workforce, with the right skills and values, in the right place at the right time to meet the needs and wants of patients now and in the future. Working with the Nursing, Midwifery and AHP team the main focus of this role will be to support employers and education providers to prepare employing organisations staff to undertake apprenticeships.

Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 8a with a full-time starting salary of £51,383, with pay step increases as details below:
 
3 years: £53,108
4 years: £55,101
5 years: £57,596
 
Please note: Applicants from within the NHS will be offered on a secondment basis only, agreement should be obtained from their employer prior to submitting the application.
