HEE's North West local office supports the delivery of HEE’s functions locally through bringing together education providers and health service providers to plan, train and develop the healthcare workforce.

Applications are invited for the role of Education Transformation Programme Manager within Health Education England, working across the North of England and Cheshire and Merseyside STP.
The role can be based in Liverpool or Manchester, with travel across Cheshire and Merseyside and the North of England required.
The post holder will have responsibility to lead the Education Transformation Programme at an STP/LWAB level and contribute to the overall transformation offer to localities through the teams supporting Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships. This will involve the delivery of best evidence and intelligence to support education transformation that ensures the workplace supports the highest quality learning culture thus ensuring that the new workforce integrates seamlessly and effectively with current workforce, and to ensure the health workforce has the technical capability and autonomy to think and act, the connected networks to collaborate and the ethical commitment that demands compassionate care. Education programmes will be transformational, in terms of what our trainees and students learn; how they learn and where they learn.
