Workforce Transformation Manager covering Mid and South Essex, North East Essex and Suffolk Local Workforce Action Boards.
A dynamic stakeholder focus is required from the post-holder enabling the co-ordinated delivery of the local STP plan and HEE Mandate for the health and social care workforce in this region.
The support and transformation of the existing workforce to enable the vison of the STP is essential to provide the workforce fit for delivery of the healthcare of the future and to achieve the visions set out in the Five Year Forward View.
This post will be subject to a ‘pooled’ recruitment exercise. The pools that exist are as follows:
Round 1: Existing HEE staff at risk from the CSR implementation process
Round 2: Existing HEE staff with an alternative outcome
Round 3: External candidates
