Health Education England are looking to recruit a Programme Administrator to work in our newly established Workforce Transformation Team based in Willerby, East Yorkshire.

The successful candidates will work as fully integrated members of a multi-professional team, working closely with senior colleagues to support current and developing workstreams aligned to priorities set out in the HEE Mandate.

A key part of these roles will be providing administrative support to the senior management of the function and the wider team. You will have the ability to produce intelligent information (reports, spreadsheets etc.) and maintain project information; manage diaries, co-ordinate meetings and produce accurate meeting notes. The right individuals will be flexible and enthusiastic, possessing excellent communication skills together with a well organised and common-sense approach.

This post will be subject to a ‘pooled’ recruitment exercise. The pools that exist are as follows:

Round 1: Existing HEE staff at risk from the CSR implementation process
Round 2: Existing HEE staff with an alternative outcome
Round 3: External candidates
