There is an opportunity for a fixed term (six months)/ secondment, working within Health Education England (Thames Valley) Postgraduate Medical and Dental Team. This post can be located at either Oxford or Otterbourne. Some travel will be expected.
This post will support trainees in the following specialities: Dental; Histopathology and Clinical Radiology. However you may also be required to support other teams within Medical Personnel.
Your role will include managing the Dental Foundation and Dental Therapist Training programmes from induction to completion of programme, as well as supporting the Education Programme Manager. This involves: organising trainer recruitment; attending national trainee recruitment events; documenting procedures and supporting Education Programme Coordinators/Officers; Postgraduate Centre Administrators, Training Programme Directors and Associate Deans amongst other stakeholders.
You will be conversant with Word and Excel packages and engage with learning new software packages.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, flexible, customer focussed professional administrator with an interest in healthcare and education and experience in a similar role or working environment.
