About the role
Post CCT Coordinator - Agenda for Change Band 4 – Full time
Based in Plymouth but supporting both the Plymouth and Bristol offices we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who can demonstrate the key values of the NHS Constitution to provide a full and comprehensive front line administrative service within the team.
You will use your excellent customer service skills, ensuring that a consistently high standard of customer care is provided for our stakeholders. You will work in a challenging, busy and rewarding environment, liaising with a range of external bodies including NHS Trusts, GP practices and the Royal Colleges.
Using excellent communication skills you will be responsible for administering a client-focused, comprehensive flexible administrative support services to ensure the smooth running of the Primary Care Post CCT education programmes as part of the Southwest Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME)
The post holder will plan and co-ordinate a professional service. They will be based in the Peninsula office and have special responsibility for the Induction and Refresher Scheme, GP Retainer Scheme and events. Provide appropriate advice to senior clinical staff and stakeholders engaged in the organisation of postgraduate medical educational programmes.
You will possess extensive IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office packages, with particular emphasis on Excel at an intermediate level and a superior attention to detail. You will demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team environment and deliver a high standard of work to tight deadlines.
Previous experience of working within the NHS in a medical education or HR setting is an advantage.
